Program Objectives 

  • Design a program appropriate for developing strength, flexibility, aerobic capacity, SAQ and plyometrics
  • Achieve desired body composition appropriate for the individual athlete.

Nutrition Education 

MSP is dedicated to providing athletes with quality information on nutrition and how it affects the training athlete. Athletes will be gain insight on how macro and micro nutrients play a role in energy production, recovery, and performance. MSP believe that nutrition is the cornerstone to every elite athlete. 

 

Is MSP for my Athlete?

 

MSP  designs programs to account for BIO MECHANICAL and physiological differences. Taking into account age, sex, training status, physical limitation, and injury status. MSP has a program appropriate for you or your athlete.
